A sugar-free pecan pie? No way, you say? Give this easy sugar-free pecan pie a try and we guarantee you and your guests will barely notice the difference. Your guests who need an alternative to the sugar-laden dessert table will thank you, too!
Ingredients
Crust

Regular Frozen Pie Crust
Filling
3 teaspoons sugar substitute for baking
1 cup sugar free breakfast syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup pecan halves
1/3 cup butter substitute like Brumble and Brown, I can't believe it's not butter etc... Low Fat is the key. Make sure it's melted.
Steps

Heat oven to 350°F. Open frozen pie crust.

In large bowl, mix eggs with the sugar substitute. Stir in syrup, vanilla and melted butter. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until filling is puffed and pie is golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
