Turkey Kielbasa Stir Fry

This super easy Turkey Kielbasa Stir Fry is delicious. This low carb, low point meal is super filling too!

Here's what you will need:

1 Package of Lean Turkey Kielbasa, any brand is good, we either use the one from Aldi or Butterball

1 Bell Pepper

1 Sweet Onion

1 Bag of Small Golden Potatoes

1 Head of Cabbage

Recipe:

Cut up all of your veggies, the cabbage was cut into small pieces and the potatoes were cut in half or quarters. We cook this in 2 separate pans. In one pan you will want to sautee your turkey kielbasa with a little water in the pan to get them plump and browned. In the other pan you will cook all of the rest of your ingredients. I always add some spray butter to this pan to add some flavor to the veggies. Once the sausage has browned some on each side you can add it to the veggie mix.

Voila! You're done!
