Our Fun Food Swaps Blog is definitely a passion project.  It all begin when my dad and I decided to join Weight Watchers this year. I had been on Weight Watchers previously about 6 years ago and lost about 65 Lbs, however I had not found the passion for healthy cooking like we have this time around. When my dad and I joined early this year we dedicated ourselves to healthy eating without getting board... which is not so easy to do.... or so we thought. My mother is not on the Weight Watchers Program but she has been a type 2 diabetic for about 10 years ago and has always managed her condition with healthy eating habits but this is taking it to a whole new level. We as a family have joined forces creating fun, delicious and EASY recipes. We watch all of these cooking shows where you need 14 different ingredients to complete a dish... that's not for us. We have a blast trying new things, sending each other pictures of our newest creations and sharing what we are learning through our culinary adventures.
