Fancy Fish and Veggies!

This meal makes you feel like you're eating at a fancy seafood restaurant. Not to mention it's super low points!!

Here's what you will need:

Veggie Mix: We use Zucchini, Summer Squash, Snap Peas, Onion and Bell Pepper

Fish of your choosing, we love Mahi Mahi

1 Bag of Cauliflower Rice

Recipe,

Cut up all your veggies and sautee them in a pan with spray butter, in a separate pan sautee your cauliflower and season with your choice of flavors. We used the fried rice seasoning package that we have used in previous recipes. The fish was just sauteed in the smallest amount of olive oil until done. This meal is so easy it's like a heat and eat option!
