Super Easy Veggie Spaghetti & Meatballs

This was a pretty great option for a quick meal! The veggie pasta is the best we have found and it's soooo easy!

Here's what you will need:

1 Package of Birdseye Veggie Pasta ( This one is the one with olive oil) there are other flavors too

1 Jar of Prego (whatever sauce variety you would like) This one is the sugar free one

1/2 Lean Beef and 1/2 Lean Turkey meatballs

Recipe:

First you will want to make your meatballs. We use half turkey and half beef. When we make ours we make a ton all at once and freeze them. We don't add any additives into them just the meat to save points and calories. Combine your meets together and roll into balls, we cook our meatballs in our air fryer at 360 for 6 minutes per side. If you don't have an air fryer a conventional oven works perfectly fine, it just takes a little longer. The pasta couldn't be any easier, throw the bag in the microwave and heat them up.... done! Add your sauce and dinner is served.
