Coco Loco Cream Pie
Okay.... this one will blow your mind.... It's one of our absolute favs! Not to mention it's soooo easy! This whole recipe is 4 WW points for the entire desert!
Here's what you will need:
1 box of Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
Skim Milk
Coconut Extract
Land O' Lakes Sugar Free Whipped Cream
1/2 a vanilla graham cracker
a very small amount of unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish/flavor
Recipe:
Prepare your instant pudding according to the directions and add 4 drops of the coconut extract, separate into 1/2 cup servings in individual cups. Refridgerate for a couple of hours covered.
When ready to eat sprinkle a small amount of the shredded coconut on a baking sheet and broil it until a little roasted. Top the pudding cup first with 1/4 of your vanilla graham cracker, add a swirl of the whipped cream, another 1/4 of the cracker then top with the roasted coconut.
