Turkey Kielbasa Stir Fry

I absolutely love this one and the ENTIRE PLATE IS 3 points! It is so filling and has so much flavor.

You will see a trend with a lot of our recipes, we are really into the southwest veggies along with different meat items to take it up a notch.

Here's what you will need:

1 package of turkey kielbasa (you can alternate this recipe with chicken as well to make this 0 points)

1 can of corn

1 can of black beans

1 sweet onion

1 bell pepper

1 bag of cauliflower rice (our favorite is birdseye original, just a preference)

Topped with Fat Free Shredded Cheddar and Mozzerella

Recipe:

Cut and cook your turkey kielbasa on the stovetop, once cooked and browned a bit add corn, black beans, onion and pepper to the mix. In a separate pan cook your cauliflower rice until a little brown, we like it a little crispy. You can also season your mixture with some Sazon seasoning, I like it plain so I can taste the flavors of the veggies etc...
