Stuffed French Toast
This is one of our original recipes from years ago when I was on Weight Watchers the first time. It's only 3 points for the french toast and it tastes like you're really indulging. It's soooo good!
Here's what you will need:
2 slices of Sara Lee Delights 45 calorie bread
1 wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss spreadable cheese
4 eggs scrambled for dipping
Ground cinnamon for flavor
your favorite fruit to top with
Mrs. Butterworths Sugar Free Syrup
Optional: 3 slices of Turkey Bacon = 3 points
Recipe:
Couldn't be easier! Spread your laughing cow spreadable cheese between your bread slices and dip in the egg mixture, cook in a fry pan sprayed with pam, shake some cinnamon on top to taste and cook until done.

If you eat the whole plate plus turkey bacon it's 6 points for the whole plate!
