Out of this world Nachos

A word that's not usually associated with healthy eating..... NACHOS or Mexican Food. Well not anymore, we have found a healthy alternative to the usual greasy nachos that you are accustomed to. They are fantastic and best of all NOT BAD FOR YOU!

What you will need:

Xtreme Wellness Tortillas

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese

Fat Free Refried Beans

Salsa

Goya Sazon Seasoning Package (JUST A PINCH)

Fat Free Fage Greek Yogurt

First you will want to cut and cook your chicken in a skillet using the Goya Sazon seasoning (Just a pinch) with Pam till cooked through. While that is cooking you can cut your tortillas in to 8 pieces with a pizza cutter. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and lay out the tortilla pieces so non overlap (like the picture below) once preheated cook your tortillas for 12 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and reduce heat in oven to 350 degrees. Once your chicken is cooked thoroughly you can start to build your nachos. Start with your refried beans, spread evenly and not too thick on each chip, then add your chicken, salsa, and cheese on top. Once all nachos are loaded put them back in the oven for an additional 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and serve with Fat Free Fage Greek Yogurt..... YUM!!
