Fabulous Fajitas

This recipe is not only easy, but absolutely delicious. You won't feel like you are missing out when it comes to tasty mexican food.

Here's what you will need:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Wellness Low Carb Tortillas

Bell Peppers

Sweet Onion

Salsa

Black Beans

A sprinkle of Goya Sazon seasoning package

Fat free Fage Greek Yogurt (sour cream substitute)

a sprinkle of reduced fat mexican cheese

Cut and cook your chicken on the stovetop in a sprayed pan with Pam. Once your chicken is cooked, add in your cut and cleaned bell pepper, cut sweet onion and add your Goya Sazon seasoning. I only use a pinch for some extra flavor. Once all is cooked and combined together build your Fajita to your liking, you could also add additional veggies for 0 points. We just did ours basic with the meat, beans, chicken mixture, cheese and greek yogurt.
