Super Yummy Stuffed Peppers

Wow! These stuffed peppers will leave you..... well stuffed! They are filling and delicious and best of all they're guilt free!

Here's what you will need:

1 lb Ground Turkey Meat

4 Bell Peppers for Stuffing

1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped

1/2 Small Onion Chopped

2.5 Cups of Prego or your favorite sauce

1 Cup of Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup of Rice Cauliflower

Wash and remove tops only off of the 4 bell peppers and clean any seeds out of the inside. Put cleaned bell peppers into boiling water for 5 minutes, drain.

On your stove top cook your ground turkey, onion and chopped pepper.

Combine cooked meat, sauce and cauliflower rice, fill each pepper with the mixture and top with remaining sauce.

Bake on 350 for 20 minutes, top with mozzarella cheese and bake until melted, ENJOY!
