Chinese Beef and Broccoli with Cauliflower Fried Rice

Love Chinese food? Well I love FREESTYLE!!! This whole meal only was 4 points!!! The “rice” is cauliflower fried rice and egg. All the veggies were “free” so the sauce and meat were the only points on the plate. So good and I don’t miss the fattening Chinese I used to get. Amazing Beef and Broccoli!

-1 bag of the Birdseye rice cauliflower - 2 eggs scrambled - sirloin steak (ww portion =3 oz) -1 bag frozen broccoli - 1 onion - a small handful of baby carrots chopped - 1 packet of beef & broccoli seasoning make by sun bird - packet fried rice mix by sun bird Cook the sirloin in a fry pan with Pam, once cooked add your veggies. In a separate pan cook Riced cauliflower till a tad brown all over. Pull to the side of the pan add scrambled egg mixture (no milk) to the pan and cook. Once cooked combine with cauliflower to mix in. Add the fried rice sauce to the cauliflower and the beef and broccoli mix to the beef and veggies.
